  • Market Rent Study regarding a commercial space within the Hotel Californian mixed-use project along State Street.  Client: City of Santa Barbara.

  • Valuation of different types of partial takings (permanent and temporary) for a bridge project and roundabout project concerning a residential property in Goleta. Client: Attorney for Property Owner.

  • Appraisal reviews of reports prepared by other appraisers in connection with pending litigation regarding a property line dispute involving two high value residences in Bel Air (City of Los Angeles).  Client:  Attorney
